We are located in the Technologie- und Gründerzentrum Freital – a technology and start-up center on the outskirts of Dresden, the state capital of Saxony.
In the state of Saxony companies and individuals are known for their technological inventiveness. This is the birthplace of important inventions, such as the first 35 mm camera (1931) and the first electronic television set by Manfred von Ardenne (1932). The basis for this was the early foundation of the Technical College of Dresden in 1828, from which the Technical University emerged later.
The idea for our company grew out of the Institute of Natural Materials Technology of the Technical University Dresden and the Fraunhofer Institute for Process Engineering and Packaging Dresden. To this day, we maintain a close relationship with these scientific institutions.
