Through AI-powered analysis of power consumption and temperature at the sealing head, anomalies within the sealing process can be effectively detected. Defective seals identified through this method can then be automatically rejected from the production line. For rigid packaging applications, the following types of defects can be reliably detected:
- Missing, duplicate, or misaligned lids
- Lids sticking to the heating element
- Product contamination or debris in the sealing area
