Our cooperation partners

SN Maschinenbau GmbH

SN, the packaging machinery manufacturer from Wipperfürth, has successfully integrated a watttron spout sealing tool for sealing mono-material into a machine. SN is now planning the next steps with our innovative technology.

Gerhard Schubert GmbH

Gerhard Schubert GmbH from Crailsheim has installed a sealing bar in a production machine from the confectionery sector. The sealing system has already proven itself successfully there for several years in a demanding production environment.

MOM Group

The MOM Group from France is now sealing with watttron’s spout tools. Our shared goal is to make fruit purée for children as safe and sustainable as possible. To this end, the MOM Group uses our innovative cera2seal technology—so-called spout sealing tools—to seal its new recyclable Pom’Potes stand-up pouches made from mono-materials. This enables highly precise local heating in different areas to seal the packaging with consistently high quality without any loss of performance. By adapting cera2seal technology, the use of recyclable and sustainable packaging in existing systems was made possible without extensive machine modifications.

Matrix

At Pack Expo in Chicago 2024, we had the pleasure of filming an excellent cooperation video with Matrix, a company of the ProMach Group. In the video, Matrix expert Cory Tollesrud shares valuable insights into the challenges of the packaging industry and shows how our technologies work hand in hand. He explains how the seamless integration of watttron’s precise digital heating system into Matrix packaging machines creates real added value for customers—through increased efficiency, flexibility, and sustainability.

GEA

At Pack Expo 2024 in Chicago, GEA showcased our innovative heating technology at its exhibition booth. In a special video interview, Buck Evans from GEA spoke about our close partnership and how our combined expertise enables forward-looking solutions for the packaging industry.

GRUNWALD GmbH

We had the pleasure of being a guest at the Interpack booth of GRUNWALD GMBH, the specialist for the dairy industry. Christoph Trunzer told us about the company’s current challenges and how working with watttron can help.

Gerhard Schubert GmbH

We had the pleasure of seeing Schubert’s new, state-of-the-art packaging machine for cosmetics in action at their booth at Interpack 2023. The compact yet powerful system is making its way into their cosmetics lines. The sealing processes are carried out by watttron’s circular sealing heaters. Mr. Taub was kind enough to explain how the heating elements form a perfect team with the Schubert system.

ILLIG Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG

Frédéric Engel from ILLIG Maschinenbau GmbH & Co. KG honored us with a video in which he tells us about his company’s challenges and how we come together as cooperation partners.

SN Maschinenbau GmbH

Our collaboration with SN has already been ongoing for many successful years. At Interpack 2023, Reiner Müller did us the honor of showing us their machine for producing stand-up pouches and also discussing the installed watttron sealing bars and how they complement the machine.

Adenso GmbH

Adenso GmbH from Moritzburg has developed a process with the help of watttron’s cera2heat matrix heater that enables functional films with mounted components to be formed three-dimensionally.
