Cup FS (Linear and Rotary)
Our cera2seal sealing heads are designed for use in standard FS cup filling and sealing machines for packaging food, dairy products, or pet food. Integration into both existing* and new machines is straightforward and only requires a corresponding adjustment of the machine mounting. Benefit from the advantages of cera2seal round and contour sealing heads.

In addition to the sealing heads and machine-specific connectors, it includes the necessary electrical installation, optional autonomous control units (stand-alone HMI), and support for conversion and commissioning.

A food/snack manufacturer had to reduce its machine output from 85 to 65 packages per minute after switching to recyclable mono-materials. By using watttron sealing tools and the ability to set individual temperatures during the layer transition, the initial machine speed of 85 ppm was achieved once again.
