A food producer in South America was able to increase its production output by 6% by using watttron cera2seal technology. The reason: Thanks to significantly more precise process control during sealing, the number of unacceptably sealed packages has been substantially reduced. In addition, no unusable packages are produced due to start-up losses – the principle is: 100% quality from the first pouch.
The customer can now switch flexibly between different materials and adjust process parameters accordingly.
