Head of Sales (m/f/d)

Your New Responsibilities:

  • You will lead, coach, and develop the Sales and Marketing teams both professionally and personally, establishing a performance-oriented yet appreciative team culture and strengthening employee empowerment.
  • You will maintain strong relationships with strategic key accounts, develop compelling proposals for decision-makers, and oversee customer projects from acquisition to successful completion.
  • You will shape the sales strategy, set clear priorities, manage efficient processes, and ensure measurable results.
  • You will represent us externally, maintain contacts with partners and relevant decision-makers, and bring market insights into the company.
  • You will translate corporate goals into sales initiatives, drive implementation, and provide relevant analysis and reporting.

What You Ideally Bring:

  • You have a degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a similar field.
  • You have already gained initial experience leading sales teams.
  • Industry experience with machine components or machine solutions in the packaging sector is a plus, but not a requirement.
  • You have a proven track record in customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market development.
  • You are well-connected, recognize market opportunities, and ensure sustainable customer loyalty.
  • With your analytical and methodical approach, you maintain an overview even in complex situations and develop efficient solutions.
  • You bring joy, motivation, and positive energy to the team.
  • Willingness to travel is a matter of course for you.
  • You are fluent in both German and English.
