Service Technician (m/f/d) Heating Systems & Commissioning

Full-time

Your New Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the technical acceptance of our heating systems as part of Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and accompany their integration as well as the final Site Acceptance Test (SAT) in complex customer systems
  • In the event of malfunctions or complaints regarding electronic and electromechanical assemblies, you analyze the causes, initiate suitable troubleshooting measures, and oversee their implementation
  • You design, plan, and implement test series for fault diagnosis, validation, and the continuous further development of our technologies
  • As a competent point of contact, you advise our customers on the commissioning and process optimization of their systems and support them in achieving maximum performance and process reliability
  • Furthermore, you pass on your knowledge in technical training sessions and act as an important interface between customers, service, application engineering, and development

What You Ideally Bring:

  • You have a completed technician qualification or a degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of experience in technical service, commissioning, or fault analysis of complex systems
  • You are well-versed in electronic, electromechanical, and mechatronic assemblies
  • Analytical thinking, a structured approach, and careful documentation of your work results are what set you apart
  • In dealing with customers, you impress with a confident manner, strong communication skills, and a distinct service orientation
  • You use modern communication and support tools confidently and support customers routinely both on-site and remotely
  • For national and international service assignments, you have the necessary willingness to travel of approximately 30 to 50%
  • You have very good German language skills as well as good English skills and can communicate confidently with international customers
