Digital sealing for data-driven packaging processes

In his presentation “Digital Sealing – enabling data driven process and quality monitoring”, he will introduce watttron’s digital sealing technology. The technology enables continuous recording of temperature and power data during the packaging process. This allows processes to be monitored, evaluated, and optimized in a targeted manner.
Using practical examples, Dr. Bach will show how the data obtained can be used to assess sealing quality, analyze packaging materials, and develop predictive maintenance concepts. He will also provide insights into industrial applications in which the technology is already being successfully used in day-to-day production.
